Advanced reservations required.Explore the beauty of Merrymeeting Bay, paddling alongside seals, ospreys, eagles and a variety of wildlife. These four hour expeditions are lead by registered Maine Guides who are accompanied by members of local environmental organizations. Together they will help interpret the extraordinary ecological vitality and abundant wildlife along with the current challenges facing this unique place. All necessary equipment is provided: kayak, paddle, PFD. Cameras are a must. This program is made possible thanks to the sponsorship of the Merrymeeting Bay Trust and the collaborative efforts of the Kennebec Estuary Land Trust and Maine Audubon Society.
