Looking for a way to enjoy the fall foliage and river lighthouses this season? Hop on the Merrymeeting for a ride along the Kennebec! Aside from our hour long daily cruises, the museum is offering some specialty fall-themed options until the end of October.
A returning fall favorite, the Lighthouse Legends & Lore cruise is a thrilling adventure guided by Red Cloak Haunted History Tours exploring the myths of up to seven midcoast lighthouses and their nearby waters. This trip also includes a shore landing at the historic Burnt Island Light for a chance to see the keeper’s house and light tower up-close! These cruises run at 2 pm every Saturday until October 26, 2019.

Starting October 7, 2019, book a ticket for the Autumn Lights Cruise to see the Kennebec‘s most beautiful lighthouses in the splendor of fall! During this autumn cruise you’ll see up to six lighthouses: Doubling Point Light, the Kennebec Range Lights, Squirrel Point Light, Perkins Island Light, Pond Island Light, and Seguin Island Light from your spot on our cruise boat Merrymeeting. This cruise will run at 3:30 on Monday-Thursday until October 27, 2019.
