In this insightful gallery talk, Catherine Cyr, exhibition coordinator, will discuss the inspiration for and the process of developing the museum’s first exhibition comprised solely of women photographers! As we explore the exhibits dedicated to Emma D. Sewall, Abbie F. Minott, and Josephine Ginn Banks, we will learn more about their importance to both amateur photography and the documentation of maritime history.
