Start your day at Maine Maritime Museum for an interactive story time! Join a museum educator and Splash, the friendly sea monster, as they introduce you to the wonders of Maine traditions, wildlife, and maritime themes.

Monthly story times will take place in the museum galleries and are recommended for children ages 2 – 7.

Have you ever been on a boat before? Imagine taking a boat out by yourself, and encountering more ocean life than you ever have before! Join us as we read and learn about Danny’s solo adventure into the bay, where he witnesses the ocean food web up close and personal, before an unexpected twist.
