2021 marks the 50th anniversary of Maine Maritime Museum’s stewardship in preserving the Percy & Small Shipyard site, and the stories that shaped American shipbuilding. This exhibit, scattered throughout the historic shipyard, offers insight into the incredible efforts it took to transform the abandoned shipyard – the last of its kind – into the dynamic exhibit you see today.
