The night will feature freshly-shucked Maine oysters from OystHERS, chowder from Nor’Easter Oyster Co, as well as chargrilled oysters and Oysters Rockefeller from Lady Oyster.

Sip your way through a thoughtfully curated wine station and a lively mocktail, all with a story to tell. You’ll meet local oyster farmers, learn all about the trade routes between Maine and Louisiana, and indulge in great music by The Mighty Nat Hussey Band and bold flavors.
