Come join us for our STEAMbox program, where you will explore maritime topics through hands-on learning in STEM + the arts to create, build and problem solve. All workshops are held on Saturdays from 10:30 am until 11:30 am. Content appropriate for ages 4–10 years, but all are welcome. Pre-registration is required, and opens one month in advance. Registration is only necessary for the child(ren) taking part in the activity, but please make sure they come with at least one accompanying adult (additional adults are welcome).

Sailors dealt with all kinds of weather, just as we do each day. What causes these different weather conditions? Get a better understanding of these by creating your own lightning, rain cloud, and rainbow. Then, create a barometer to take home with you to help you predict future weather.
