Preregistration is required for this free event and begins Monday, October 26 at 9:30 am. A limited number of tickets for Maine Maritime Museum members will be available online the day before on Sunday, October 25 at 9:30 am.

Start your day with us at Maine Maritime Museum for an interactive story time! Alongside a museum educator and Splash, the friendly sea monster, children's book author Chris Van Dusen will join to share one of his stories inspired by Maine!

A book signing of the featured story will follow right after! This extra special Story Time is presented as part of the programming for our exhibit, Upon That Isle in Maine: The Story and Works of Chris Van Dusen.
